Potty Training
Well I was trying to think of all the adventures that I have shared with friends (esp. british boys) and decided that this is truly one of the highlights of my life. I have watched for the last two years, my daughter Deva G grow into quite a fiesty, smart lil chica. She has recently begun the process of becoming a big girl. She uses a small potty and gets so proud each time it happens. She shows me and generally follows this with a little dance and a passionate cheer about what a big girl she is. Its amazing to observe infants and toddlers discover their bodies and how they work. So the point of this... I clearly remembered being 16 and spending the day with our good friend Nitai Hayton. I told him that I was never going to grow up or be too serious with life. He laughed so hard I couldn't imagine the humor he found, but now I understand. I never thought that I would ever put as much energy into bathroom processes as I am now. I think that the jokes on me , because I sincerely believed that I would stay young forever. Well I am a parent now. I cant even remember the last day I spent playing my day away at the springs or on some fantastic journey. No I am officially an adult and you know,I love it. So remembering our youth is fun, but so is making the new moments and always staying present. I will never forget the day I spent with Nitai or the truth I knew at the age. We are all timeless and carefree. We chose our own chains and restrictions. Well I doubt this will get posted, but if it does I will write back and tell some funny stories about some of our friends who have lost their bladder control after a night of nonsense. I just dont know if it would be pc to post such personal memories so i went with these serious introspectives. Well if anyone needs any tips on potty training, write me back. I know how you all are reproducing these days.
